Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani — fourth generation heirs to a tradition begun at Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931 — have travelled Italy in search of the dishes and pure ingredients that make such moments possible. Their favorites, drawn from every corner of the country, now fill the Bellini menu.
